New Professional Logo for Goal Setting Website

We are a women owned company who spent 2 years designing and developing AmiGlowz. We are very passionate about the site and its success. We created AmiGlowz as a socialization website where people could search for other users with the same or similar goals. This way they could inspire and support each other towards their success.
We are also in the process of updating our Home page content to reflect our new focus on women and goal setting.
We need to build a relationship with a designer for future projects. We have one other besides the logo at this time.

Our new focus is to steer AmiGlowz to a women only goal setting website.
AmiGlowz is a goal setting community where people can inspire and support each other.

We need to come up with a more professional, clean logo for our website which flows with our current website design and colors.
We have also changed our target market and will focus on women goal setters. We do not want the logo to "scream" women, but our message is that AmiGlowz is a community for goal setting to support and inspire one another.
Possibly incorporate text with a graphic(s) that speaks to what our site is about. We are open to someones creative ideas though, never say never!

Concept behind the website name:
Ami = friends
Glowz = energy and passion for success

Colors:
Blue - Same as the blue body text used on our site (1e3d9b)
Yellow
(maybe) Green

Font: Open to ideas. Nothing childish or cartoon-like

New tagline under logo: Goal Setting Community for Women

The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)

The register trademark symbol ® will have to be added to the slected design.

We need to build a relationship with a designer for future projects. We have one other besides the logo at this time.
