We are a rural Midwest Chevrolet dealer being given the boot by General Motors. We need to re-brand ourselves as an exciting place to purchase used cars and trucks from many different manufactures. I'm looking for a continuation or similar re-invention of our current logo to leverage our 10 years of displaying it in our newspaper ads and car decals.
This new updated logo will be prominent in our print media and used extensively in our on-line presence. I would like to stay away from using any "used car" terminology in the logo. I would like to position ourselves as an almost new auto dealer. The logo will be used with listings of used autos so I think I can stay away from using terminology like "used cars" or "automotive" or "pre-owned."
Needs to incorporate "Team Knipmeyer" verbiage and be recognizable as an extension of our previous Team Knipmeyer logo. This logo can be viewed by going to http://www.knipmeyer.com and going to used inventory sub-page and scrolling to the bottom of page or email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will email a jpeg of it.
The Chevrolet emblem will have to be removed. I had toyed with the idea of replacing it with a set of crossed checkered flags, but I will leave the creative to you. I prefer bold patriotic colors as opposed to muted colors. One version of logo should have vector capabilities.
