The name comes from the 5 Swordsmith schools that have been in Japan since the 14th century. They train master Swordsmiths to the level of skill needed to create the most admired and feared sword in history, the Katana. So many aspects of the name can be symbolic of my offerings for business leaders - the basic tools and materials needed to teach mastery, the discipline of becoming a master of the craft, the process of creating the katana itself, the steps of smithing the sword, the honor and significance to the samurai who carry it, etc.
