We're a small team of sysadmins building tools to help other sysadmins live less stressful lives. Canary is our first tool. It keeps an eye on all of the moving parts in your environment.
The goal: if things go south, we'll let you know before your boss or customers do.
For those with a darker sense of humor, think of 'canary in a coal mine'.
A beta version of the application can be found here: http://canaryhq.com.
Seasoned sysadmins, network admins, cable jockeys, bastard operators from hell - they go by many names. The people who keep the keep your Internet connection running and constantly clean the viruses off of your desktop. Those who make sure that you are able to play sudoku online. When they're not doing that, they're making sure that your company is able to make money.
You can get a feel for what they're like by checking this site out: http://serverfault.com.
We're looking for original work here - no clip art or stock images.
We'd like something like a... canary! No copies of the Twitter logo, though!
We'd need to be able to integrate it with our simple color scheme already in place at http://canaryhq.com. You can create an account for free to get a feel for the UI behind the curtain.
Cute is fine, as is elegant.
We require a .png, .psd for the web and .ai for print.
