Davos has the World Economic Forum. The city of Den Bosch in the Netherlands will shortly host the World Technology Mapping Forum. see http://worldtechnologymappingforum.org/ .

Many of today’s technologies like the search engine, satellite communication, the Internet , or modern voice controlled services like Siri, Cortana or Alexa owe their existence to long-term planning conferences organised decades ago. Those were held to develop next generation semi-conductors that worked with electricity. This new forum is being held to map out the super-chips driven by light (otherwise called photonics). The logo is for the world technology mapping forum, the first of which will be held in Den Bosch, a city in the Netherlands. The main sponsor will be https://www.brabant.nl/contact.aspx. We're looking to develop a logo for the forum which makes it clear that this is a top level meeting of the minds to map out the future of technology.
