Create the next art or illustration for Retail BBQ fast food chain - need rendering of store interior and outside

I posted pictures of the feel / look. Want people to feel like they have walked into a road side barn of sorts. The main thing we want to have is a unique experience. Store front basic with old school looking sign straight across with Savannah's BBQ and then hanging off to side as well like pictures show. Note, inside only a few tables and chairs with maybe some stools or a stand up bar type tables, with VERY cool looking decor.            

I want to have a hutch style roof line within the store (see picture jpg 3773). That is where you will place your orders and pick up the orders. A steeper angle so you see roof shingles on top.You will see in the pictures, decor, old gas pump, license plates on the walls and other fun stuff that you can think off, I have posted some sample signs for walls. Drop lights like in picture and copper / tin ceiling with 2 -3 interconnecting fans via belts like you see in some old places. Looking to work off jpg 3773 below and have that feel need it be an ordering and pickup counter within that. Close off the lower front and make a counter all the way across and have a register and pickup counter within the barn / hutch looking focal point when you come in. Store 20X40 and need to have this counter on right side and tables on left. Walls 4 feet up with metal similar to what you see in the pictures, tin or cooper ceiling and balance of store wide plank old looking wood on walls above the 4 feet metal boarder. Posted picture of concrete type floor looking for if can be done. Also, you have metal look I would like on lower part of counter running vertical and all around parimeter of store. You also have the wood look that I would like above that metal running same dorection as picture.
