Our company is a local corporation in Azerbaijan which has many clients and partners both in the country as well as outside with whom we share a promotional calendar as a souvenir every year.
Important notice: the calendar will be in two languages (!at the same time!) English and Azerbaijani but Azerbaijani will be it’s primary language and English will be secondary.
The designer can chose himself whether he wants to make the design more traditional or more modern.
The product is a vertical A2 wall calendar, we want that format to be carefully considered for the design. The calendar is a promotion of our company, but at the same time it is more of a souvenir that we send to our clients and partners each year. The content of our calendar each year is unique. Each year the calendar has a specific theme and a concept, which then is divided into 12 equal subtopics. The calendar is unique because it’s not only something beautiful to hang on the wall, but also an interesting thing to read. Azerbaijan has a strong cultural and historic background which we reflect in our calendars every year within its thematic. So it has an educational and informative value. One year the calendar can be dedicated to the national music, science, sport etc. and would be divided accordingly into 12 interesting equal topics on that theme.
The theme of this year is an architecture of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The product would be reflecting a rich variety of historical architecture of Baku city, from ancient times through recent past to modern days. As it will be a single-sided wall calendar, one page will have one building on it. These calendar pages should be something beautiful to decorate your home or office with.
We would prefer the logo to be placed in the center at the top.
We probably wouldn't have the year (2020) displayed on every page... because it is an inner page and not the cover, unless you think of a suitable way for it to be persistent on every page.
We want the images we have attached to be used not the images from Google or photostocks.
We would also prefer if our logo would not have any color changes and be placed in the middle at the top, unless you think it might work the other way.
We don't think you need to put the name of the city — "Baku" the inner pages, as it is not the cover.
