Tradeshow booth graphics--we have hundreds of products, but we are bringing one product line to a training conference, and this is our Reproducible Training Library" (also known as RTL) This product line has NEVER had any primary images used with it. If you look at the product on our website, http://www.hrdqstore.com/hrdq-repro…brary.html we use a logo, and then some generic boxes. The boxes don't even exist because the product is a digital download, customers never actually get a box, so I wouldn't make that a big focus. Trainers download it, customize it with their own company logo, or add/remove any content they want, are free to reproduce it and hand out for training sessions, forever. From our focus groups, what trainers love about it is that it's ready-to use. We've done all the research on the topics, so they can use it as it is, or customize it further.
We like the language "Customize.Reproduce. Train." on the booth, along with the RTL existing logo, and the tagline "The Ultimate Courseware Library"
The products can be bought individually--so you could buy the "Leadership " program, or you can buy the entire collection--which is over 100 training programs on many different topics.
We are not changing the product name or logo at this time (but we ARE going to be doing that this summer.) For this conference, we need some compelling image, or mascot, illustration icon--something--for our booth (it's 10 feet x 10 feet), and that person/thing/icon can be on email header, a handout at the booth, the landing page we'll make for the conference.
It's a difficult prod line to have an image for--so I'm not even saying this image/icon/mascot needs to make sense--does not necessarily need to tie in to the literal words "customize, reproduce, train." But could be anything really--something to grab people at the conference, and make them at least stop at the booth.
Our demographic is largely women, 30-55, trainers in corporate settings. This is a fun conference though, so this can be more outside the box than usual corporate graphics. Internally, we've had some wacky ideas--maybe our mascot is a dog? A rabbit (they are very reproducible) Maybe it's a biker-dude (just a shocking image to have on the booth, and maybe people will stop?) We are pretty open to anything at this point. We are short on time and ideas.
