This is a request for a drawing to be used as a graphical representation of a training course for professionals. The drawing will be used principally on a web site for such purposes as:
- a representation of a product in a catalogue
- a graphical link on a landing page
The drawing should be responsive to changes in screen size.
The drawing shall show a group of people arrayed in front of a kanban board. If kanban boards are not familiar, a large number of images may be found by searching for images of "kanban board" on Google. By searching for images of "standup meeting", you may also find photographs of typical groups of people, such as to be drawn.
The drawing should send an emotional signal to the viewer that illustrates the statement, "You are about to do something really great for your career". This should be reflected in all aspects of the drawing, such as the color scheme used, etc.
Once the viewer takes the training course, that person would normally become a member of such a group as illustrated in the drawing. Therefore, the drawing should encourage the viewer to become a member of such a group of people.
The facial expressions of the people and their body language, their clothes should be representative of how the viewer would really like his or her own work environment to be. For example, the group should give the impression of being engaged, spirited, friendly, serious but relaxed, egalitarian, competent, diligent, productive.
The people in the group should show sufficient diversity so as to facilitate the viewer's identification with at least one of the group's members. Furthermore, the other people illustrated should be people with whom the viewer would want to work as fellow team members. There is no fixed number of people to show in the drawing. If any recognizable language is used in the drawing, it shall be in American English. However, the audience to be addressed is global in nature. Therefore, the drawing should not give the impression of being specific to any national character.
There is no fixed or necessary proportions for the image. However, the shape should be rectangular, with the width greater than the height. When published on the web, a typical size might be approximately 250x350 pixels. Whatever the size, it should be displayable on typical smartphone screens. If there is any text included in the drawing that is significant for the purposes described above, that text should be legible when displayed on a smartphone screen.
