We provide a platform for users to send and receive small payments amongst their family and friends using Paypal adaptive payments.

Ideally using the SocialEngine platform, we require: Members signup for free, importing all their facebook family/friends which also invites them to join. You can then send and receive instant money transfers via paypal adaptive payments to your network of friends etc. The system keeps a running total of who you have borrowed from and lent to and displays this on your profile. You receive badges triggered by various actions such as “High roller” for lending over £1000 in one hit, or “Tightwad” for borrowing 5 times without lending. The payment will be managed by Paypal adaptive payments, with us taking a commission of 6% above any Paypal fees, we need to be able to adjust this fee in the back end if needed. The system will automatically work out how much the sender would have to send if they wanted the recipient to receive a set amount, once all fees have been taken into account. For example, if they wanted the recipient to receive £100, they would obviously have to send more than that to cover fees. Signup via Facebook connect, ability to link with Twitter and send out invites by facebook, Twitter and email. When logged in you should see who you owe money to and who owes you with amounts etc, top lenders, top borrowers, highest positive, highest negative and so on.

The site should be heavily branded with the cash pigeon name/logo but also promote a safe environment.
