Catching Flyer to New Food Concept in NYC!

Tap NYC is a all gluten-free new restaurant in NYC (opened 6 weeks ago) serving as a main product Tapioca Crepes. We are located in the UWS at Columbus Avenue targeting the locals who live here (a lot of moms, kids, yoga/pilates studios) and high foot traffic. However people do not know that grounded cassava root becomes a crispy white surface to be filled with any ingredient, it is a plant-based crepe. Our menu includes a variety of types of tapioca crepes, gluten free small cakes (carrot, cornmeal, chocolate), variety of coffee drink prepared by skilled baristas, matcha drinks, salads, acai bowls, cheese breads, brigadeiros and fresh juices. We need to create a flyer showing the benefits of Tapioca Crepes and if possible showing other main products as well.

I would like to design a flyer/postcard FROM STRACH, not using material that I already have, showing what tapioca crepes are and the benefits of cassava. Also I need to show the product in this flyer (as nobody knows what it is), either in a picture (I could provide some for testing) or in a form of a drawing (to be more cute and catching). The benefits of cassava include, but are not limited to: gluten-free, no preservatives, no sodium, no sugar. It can be enjoyed with savory or sweet fillings. It can be at any time of the day. Tapioca is also a great energy source pre work out as the cassava root is carbs (like a carrot or a potato). In Brazil we call it a bread substitute. The other side of the flyer I would like to talk more about the other products we have: gluten free bites, cheese breads (something that people in the US already know), Acai bowls (the way we do original from Brazil/ Rio de Janeiro, not watery as other shops do in NYC), matcha drinks (we use cerimonial grade matcha powder), salads, juices, etc.
