We are focused on the mid to large enterprise marketplace, in particular companies that have existing IP PBX systems in need of an upgrade to a fully functional unified communications platform. Our primary audience are CIOs that want to save money by leveraging their existing IT investments and reduce any IT risks to deliver a better user experience- emphasis on IT investment protection, cost effective UC solution, and maximum return on investment. We also serve the education marketplace whereby universities and higher education institutions can join our EDU program and contribute to the future direction of our product roadmap by submitting their requirements and contributing to the open source software development effort through SIPfoundry community. Finally, we also serve the Nortel/Avaya user base as many of these customers currently have older, legacy IP PBX systems and need to upgrade and are evaluating options aside from the standard system upgrades which tend to be cost prohibitive and labor intensive.
We need to have someone create a brochure template that aligns to our existing corporate identity- check out http://www.ezuce.com for more information on our branding elements. This template will be used for our partner program brochure, support services brochure, and ideally we would like to reuse or leverage elements of it for our product literature- product data sheets and brochures. Also, if it's possible to use a single template for other materials such as white papers and customer case studies to maintain a consistent look and feel in our marketing materials that would be helpful. As you will see from our website our imagery is hand-drawn and very unique so we're trying to remain original in our marketing given that our product is based upon open source development and built from the development community- more IT and developer focused. We intentionally moved away from the traditional stock imagery and photography on our website to appeal more to the IT audience and open source communities.
