Max Capacity Training: How Unconventional Workouts Can Turn Minutes Into Muscles...
This book is about getting the most out of your workouts in the least amount of time possible. This is all about optimization: how to cut 80% of training time and still boost peak performance and endurance. The focus is on optimization of time and space for maximum results. These are all bodyweight exercises only that require no equipment.
We're looking for a kick ass book cover for this project. That thing will be sold at all major retailers and on the iPad, Nook and Kindle. If we use the winning design, we'll give you credit for your work on the inside of the book if you wish.
The people who will get the most out of this book are early 20s to late 40's guys who want to get in shape in an efficient manner.
The essentials:
You need to show the book title, the tagline and the author name:
title: Max Capacity Training
tagline: How Unconventional Workouts Can Turn Minutes Into Muscles
author: Samy Peyret
The idea:
The book cover should illustrate "turn minutes into muscles". You are free to do what you want as long as it illustrates the concept well.
Make sure you have something that represents "time" and something that represents "strength".
We're looking for something a little more subtle than a big guy looking at a watch...
Example: Picture an hourglass, as the sand falls it builds a sandscultpure of a musclar torso at the bottom of the glass. (you can use this concept if you'd like it)
Overall Style:
The book cover should look clean without too much noise/distractions. A solid color background is preferred. Please see examples attached:
If you are going for an illustration, we also like the style of this label

Technicals:
This is for a standard 6 x 9 book. Please allow 0.125 for bleed. Attached is a sample template to help you get started. Note that you only need to do the front cover, but you're welcome to add the spine and back if you want.
Please deliver the source file so that we can make the necessary edits on our end. If you are sending a raster file, please make sure it is 300dpi.
