Digestifs like Ramazotti or Averna (italians) or Jägermeister (German) are really popular and main competitors for our liqueur.
Maruccia will be higher priced (about 30%) and bottle as label should show exclusivity and difference.
Bottle cap will be cork with corresponding color in glossy silver or gold (see for example http://www.glassland.de/produkte/verschlusse-2/). To see how it looks like there should be a revenue stamp be integrated.
Unique selling proposition of the liqueur will be its aroma and flavor which is based on natural herbs from the island Mallorca as well as natural oranges.
Viscosity is more liquid than competitors and it does have substantially less sugar.
Idea is "to present Mallorca in a bottle"
Claim should be "The spirit of Mallorca" and Mallorca has to be highlighted because this is what makes us unique.
Product is not industrial like those of competitors but handmade and with an watchful eye on ingredients as it is the case with our wines.
Bodega Maruccia (maruccia.com) is a boutique winery in Spain/Mallorca and runs an exclusive wine club. The winery is producing high quality wines at high prices to club members and top restaurants and numbers of wines are limited.
Many Michelin stars restaurants appreciate our wines and have them on their wine list. Members are selected by a board and have to pay a yearly fee

After dinner digestifs are especially popular to most
German and English but not only. So far no destillery in Mallorca offers a liqueur like this. They are mainly focused on aniseed based ones (called herbas).
Main Target Group are males as well as females between 30 and 65+
Planed is to print directly on bottle in glossy gold or silver by using the already existing signature on wine labels as name of the liqueur (see bottle appendix and foto) and may be in combination with something which is typical or special for Mallorca and the claim "The spirit of Mallorca". May be in combination with the also in wine label used circle "ediciones limitadas 953".

Wat te vermijden
The label could be combined to a church window of palmas cathedral (see also appentix) but no fruits or windmills. Paper label is also possible but preferred directly printed on bottle
