The customer asked me to rebuild the appointment page of their web-based administration platform for private practices and clinics for this project. I investigated the User's demands and stakeholders' aspirations for the appointment page throughout the initial phase of the design. Several user surveys were undertaken, and the results all pointed to the appointment page gaining greater functionality. 80% of users said the appointment page was the page they visited the most during the day. Following the collection of all pain points, I concentrated my design on developing a multi-functional solution.
