Ta'avah will be a practice much like a yoga/mindfulness type but with integration of spiritual components and mental health practices. It is a Christian practice so no buddha or other religious emblems. When I think of ta'avah, I think of words like sacred, rhythms, wholeness, health, calm, and the word means "longing" in Hebrew.
