I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer. I assist my clients with their health and fitness goals. No one is too unfit, overweight, or old to start my personal training program. I will be with my clients every step of the way, ensuring they get the best results out of each session.
I will look at my clients current fitness levels, their injuries and illnesses, past exercise history, likes and dislikes, their motivation, and other lifestyle factors that makes a different between success and failure.
To keep my clients motivated I will mix up their training with strength and core stability exercises using the following equipment; Pilates equipment, Cardio machines, Weight machines, Boxing bags and focus balls, fit balls, medicine balls, and much much more. As my clients progress, so will their program so they will never have to worry about getting bored or disliking their session. I will make health and fitness an enjoyable, successful, and fun part of their life.
