This is a project that's only tangentially related to our company (ion interactive) -- you don't need to include our brand or logo in the design. These t-shirts will be given away at a trade show event next month.
Marketers -- mostly digital marketers, generally men and women in the ages of 20-40. These are going to be people who are design conscious. We would like something that they would actually wear. (We want them to be excited about receiving the shirt.)
I'd like graphics for a two-sided t-shirt -- something we could produce on Cafe Press, for instance.
The front would be a badge labeling the wearer as a "Renaissance Marketer".
The back would be a list of ~131 different kinds of marketing, as taken from this blog post:
Kind of like cities on a band's tour t-shirt. Whether the list includes the word "marketing" for each item is open to design. I think it could be good, as it would emphasize the marketing. However, there might be other creative ways to do that (banner at the top of the list?).
The different kinds of marketing can be in columns, or possibly laid out in some more creative design (kind of Wordle like). Obviously given the number, the type is going to be small. The resolution of what's going to be printable on a t-shirt via a service like Cafe Press is important -- the graphic must absolutely be printable. (I realize, this is a challenge.)
The design could be more modern/contemporary -- so the idea of a Renaissance of all these different kinds of marketing influencing each other is simply conceptual. Or, it might be more Baroque, to have the design have a kind of "Renaissance" era flair to it.
UPDATE: So 131 kinds of marketing probably won't fit on the back. Here's an edited list of the 64 I'd like to use. I'll also post as Excel file.
