Complete Redesign of Website

We are looking for a brand new design for our website free4me.net

We are completely rebranding our website Free4Me.Net. We are not looking for a simple redesign of the current website, we want a brand new website that will not resemble the old one. It should be simple, red and black (like our new logo), very sleek and modern. It should be very visually pleasing, yet very easy to use and user friendly. The landing page will be different from the rest of the design (not totally different, but will not have any navigation besides a login button and a signup form), so be prepared to design both.

For our home page, we want something VERY simple but very slick and attractive. Make sure to use our colors, red and black. It should have a scrolling list of prizes a user can get (you can use whatever you want for the mockup) and say "Now you can have whatever you want, for free!" It should have a field for their email address and a SignUp button. The Home Page really is up to your creative direction, but should be very simple yet attractive.

As for the logged in pages for the users, I don't really need them individually designed, but I need a different design for the inside because it is mostly content. The tabs at the top should say "Paths" "Offers" "Credits" "My Account" "Help" "Sign Out" and then there should be an area for content under it.
