We make chocolate covered chickpea snacks for young adults and adults looking for a smarter way to eat their chocolate. Our consumers are generally health conscious, but have a sweet tooth and are looking for an indulgent dessert that they don’t have to feel guilty about afterwards.
Generally health conscious, but have a sweet tooth and are looking for an indulgent dessert that they don’t have to feel guilty about afterwards. The center is primarily made of chickpeas and is mixed with spices to give it a salty/savory taste. It’s then coated in a thin layer of chocolate to give you the satisfaction and feeling of indulgence, without the guilt. Most crunchy chocolate-covered snacks (think malt balls, kit kats, whoppers, etc.) are based on empty starch and have a very thick coating of chocolate. Grabanzos are the perfect alternative, providing 3 g of plant protein and 4 g of prebiotic fiber per serving.

We're looking for something modern, cool, and minimalistic. White/neutral background to allow for our food packages to pop.
1. Homepage: we want a featured image of our product, its value proposition, and the ingredients. We need to immediately communicate that it's the smart way to eat chocolate. Would like to link to our eshop and an offer to try a bag and only pay for shipping. A section for customer reviews as well, as well as links to social media (insta, facebook)
2. Eshop/Retail locations: This is where we will place our integrated ecommerce as well as a list of where Grabanzos can be bought at retail locations
3. Who we are/contact: Information about our team and our company (can be found on our current website)
4. News/Media: Press coverage about our company/brand (information can be drawn from our current site)
Wat te vermijden
We do not want the page to be predominantly bright colors. Nothing too "cutesy" either. Neutral backgrounds with pops of color from the product packaging
Goals of Website Design: (1) communicate the Grabanzos value proposition (“smart snacking”) (2) provide a seamless way for consumers to purchase Grabanzos through a streamlined ecommerce system (3) portray Grabanzos as an aspirational product and lifestyle that is available for everyone (4) conveys that Grabanzos are indulgent, delicious, and fun while also being natural and healthy.
