We are mainly an informational website about bed bugs and plan to expand as a lead aggregator (people can come to our site to find companies in their area that offers bed bug service) for pest control companies through out the US w/ this newly designed site.

http://www.termites.com-I like the layout and basic design of this site. Mine will serve the same purpose for bed bugs.

A 2 column site w/ top navigation and a footer that can be delivered as PSDs. A similar site I like the look of is http://www.termites.com. That would be a good basis for this design. My site will be rich content, videos and images.
The homepage should introduce us as the key source for bed bug info and where to find local service providers in your area.
