FreeBIX (Free Belgian Internet Exchange)
FreeBIX is a Belgian Internet exchange point founded in 2003 and recently transformed into a autonomous non-profit organization.
As part of this transformation, FreeBIX is looking forward to a total rebranding to take the organization to the next level.
We want to attract other ISP (Internet Service Providers) to join the FreeBIX to exchange their traffic via peering.
We are calling upon the 99designs services to deliver us a new logo and website. We need our new design to be very light weight in regards to graphics, with a big focus on usability.
The new logo and website should express professionalism and a corporate look&feel; with high regard for a web2.0 experience.
If you require more information about the content, services or Internet Exchanges in general; please take a look at some of the IXP's from other European countries. http://www.ams-ix.nl http://www.de-cix.de http://www.linx.net
Please bear in mind that the logo must be usable for stationary, business-cards, letter-heads and other printed items. The logo must be delivered in CMYK colors in a vector-based format and we require the source-files for the winning artwork.
The FreeBIX Board will give daily updates, comments and ratings on the submitted designs so you easily know in what direction we want to go.
When the contest is over we most likely will use the winning designer for future design jobs such as business cards, letterheads and so on.
