2 star and below - not really what I'm looking for.
3 star - getting closer but need revisions or a different take on your design

For this contest, we need PSD files for 2 pages.
- Dashboard Page (page that displays when a user first logs in
- Standard PageThe standard page design will be used as a template for all other pages in the system.

Standard across both designs will be 2 TOP menu bars. Primary menu:
- My Buyers
- My Leads
- My Contacts
- My Documents
- My Schedule
- My Communication
- My WebsitesAnd secondary menu (smaller & above the primary menu):
- My Account
- School
- Community
- Quick Links
- Help
- LogoutFeatures on the Dashboard:
- A distinct "Bulletin Board" area with a single video thumbnail and a system downtime message
- A success-related quote
- A "Schedule" area that displays a 3-day calendar (yesterday, today, tomorrow) and a list of 5 tasks that are due today
- An "Inbox" area that says "You have (11) new seller leads" and "You have (22) new buyers"Features on the Standard Page:

- A small "Video Training" section that stands out and displays a video title & video thumbnails (similar to how youtube.com does the "videos being watched right now")The tone of this design should be FREEDOM. INDEPENDENCE. OUT OF THE NORM. SEXINESS. COOLNESS.

We'll be using AJAX to enhance usability.  Please keep that in mind if it means anything to you.

- A very web 2.0 feel .. white space, clean, crisp, big buttons, very user friendly
- Should be extremely pleasing to the eye
- Logo & menus will be standard at the top of both designs
- Color scheme is up to you, but it must complement our logo
- Standard page must be "flexible" .. it will be used as a template for 50-60 other pages that have varying content
- See description above for required features
- Most importantly .. it has to make me say "DAAAAMN!" (in a good way)

- A very busy site with everything crammed together
- Anything that looks like it came from the year 2004 or earlier
