We are a small software development business based in India but with UK management and owership.
Through our own experience we have learnt that finding good staff can be very time consuming.
Arpoco shortlisting software makes it much easier (and at a low cost) for businesses to shortlist the many job applications they often get so that only suitable applicants get to the 'desk' of the desicion maker.
It is now easier than ever for candidates to apply for jobs. Often they apply for jobs they aren't suitable for. These irrevelant applications are an unneccesary burden that has to be managed by the employer/recruiter/HR staff.
The economy as it is means this problem is growing . Particularly in India
There may be variations on this design required in the future as we launch in other markets.
We are continually working on a few other ideas too, which will require design work.
Businesses using job portals to recruit staff. Employers and agencies.
If your vacancies get lots of applications our software makes the process of recruitment easier, faster and cheaper.
Launching in India and expanding to UK and USA in the near future.
We want you to design 3 pages. Mock up screens for each attached. The mock up screens show the information required on each page although we (ourselves) may amend some of the content on the final design.
We will base all the other pages of the sites on these.
We want to make it clear that our software makes recruitment easier, faster and cheaper.
Easy to read. Easy to understand. Easy to navigate. Pleasant to look at.
There isn't much content (text) on any of our pages so you can use a bigger font.
No fixed preference on font. Easy to read. Modern. Like this one?
We have a logo. It is attached. We like it.
You can suggest another if you wish.
We like shades of blue. You can add other colours if you wish. White backgrounds are acceptable.
We are considering letting clients personalize some pages so the design should work with other logos on the header.
home4.jpg needs to have space for text just above the client names.
job-details.jpg has a progress bar showing which stage the user is at. All 4 stages are shown here. Some stages are completed in parts.
I look forward to seeing what you can do.
