This will be an informational directory based on the city of Asbury Park. Our Website will target all ages of people which include millennials, art lovers, rock & roll enthusiast, beach lovers and LGBT community that frequent Asbury Park and wish to be part of the rich growing culture.

This is a city with strong roots back to the 1920's. The city has lots of connections to Rock & Roll natives such as Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi. It is common to see these local legends to stop into clubs to play a set. The city has an active downtown that has street art and local art studios on display. Restaurants and bars are super active for a memorable night out with friends or a loved one. This site has to be fresh, brooklynesk in nature, classic American rock is key, Street art, beach life are part of the design. Lighter, earthy towns should be apparent; I imagine wood, earth, beach...

We will have a calendar of events that will be interactive. You should be able to zoom in on the calendar to see what is going on that week or month in asbury park. The calendar should be able to be edited by registered users then approved by the site. The calendar should be able to be downloaded to all smart phones. The page should also have multiple tabs that would cover such sections as; Restaurants & Bars tabs (profiles and links of the restaurants and bars featured on the site), Things to Do (yoga on rooftop, movie night, etc), Bar Crawl (This will be a featured bar crawl to the local restaurants and bars), Accommodations (profile and links to local beach top hotels and bed n breakfasts). The first page should have a featured highlight for our recommendation of the month such as a bar, restaurant or activity
