Jackson Leadership Systems, Inc.
Established in 1989, Jackson Leadership Systems Inc. is a group of leadership development consultants and organizational psychologists. We have built a team of highly experienced professionals who combine academic backgrounds in management and behavioural sciences with practical business experience. We are not a big firm of consultants. What we are is a small firm of specialists who want to work closely with you and get to know your business intimately. When we get close to the pulse of our clients’ businesses, we are better able to act as trusted advisors, helping to solve critical and strategic leadership issues.
We partner with our client organizations (mid-large in size professional firms - Accounting, Engineering etc.) on a wide range of leadership issues both at the individual and organizational level. At the individual level, we assess leadership skills and help to develop leadership potential. At the organizational level, we help our clients ensure they have the right people to carry out their corporate objectives.
The design must work well with our new logo.
There are five main menu items: About Us, Our Services, Our Clients, What's New and Contact Us. Each menu item should also have a drop-down menu that can drop down vertically and also present more items horizontally. A prototype of the new menu can be found here:
The original website can be found here:
A 2-column fixed-width layout preferred. A "strong" stock photo/image on the homepage. Looking for a cleaner site with less clutter, less text heavy. The content will be drastically reduced on the new site. We want out clients to come to our site and quickly find out what they need - mainly who we are and what our core services are - no digging!
Please submit your design in high resolution JPEG. Once a winner has been chosen we also require either PSD or a zipped package of the elements so that we can piece together the new design. The PSD should have either a layer or group that shows the drop-down menu, while the zip file should have an equivalent set of graphics.
