Template for movies being launched in various countries

Our company produces, and purchases indie movies for distribution in Canada and other countries (some none English) around the world.

Not really but there are many movie websites out there to compare to.

Because each movie may be in a different genre or target audience, we are not able to do a specific funky design (e.g.: bleeding letters for horror films) but rather a simple crisp design that we can popular for each movie with the appropriate artwork to make it look unique.

This website is primarily one page with many pages linking off to other sites or other pages. SITE MUST BE DESKTOP AND MOBILE FRIENDLY. MAJORITY OF USERS will be on android or iPhones. I am looking for a coded HTML website so if you are not willing to submit that for your design, do not enter contest.

Any designs which do not wrap or adjust for various formats are not acceptable, or are slow to load.

While this is a website design, we are ONLY looking for a partner who is willing to quote providing their design in HTML for Desktop, S5 and iPhone devices. We are OK paying extra for this but we will be asking for this quote before selecting the winning partner. Also, note that we will be launching 10-15 movies a year and we will be asking you for a quote to take the new artwork and build us a new website using your template.

For mockup purposes you can use any movie as a sample. We will also be paying extra to build out the secondary pages but we will be awarding the contract on the main page only since the other pages are all very simple.
