Fun, eye-catching, engaging, kid-friendly website for Emergent readers

Parents and teachers I help parents and teachers by providing a product that I can’t find on the market. Early phonics readers that stay in the Emergent stage of Reading. I also put instructions for parents on the inside cover of each book. There are also four stars on the back cover to color by the reader as an incentive and motivator to keep reading. There are many series of early phonics readers on the market, but they only have one or two books in the Emergent Reading stage. Then the books quickly jump to the Early Reading Stage. It’s too fast and can tend to be frustrating to the reader. Once the reader is frustrated, he/she loses interest in trying to read...and why wouldn’t they, it’s too challenging and beyond their developmental stage of Reading. Yum and Yam books are all in the Emergent stage of Reading, so teachers or parents don’t have to purchase many other series of phonics readers to get the 1 or 2 books in the Emergent stage.

If the website could do one thing it would be to be engaging and fun so the consumer wants to feel good about purchasing the books and wants to come back and purchase some of the different items as we add them to the website later.

We are going to have a professional photoshoot done of me and books and the box. Feel free to use stock images as placeholders. Once we know what images we are going to need we will move forward with the photoshoot. That said, I would love to take advantage of using fun, graphics where possible. Everywhere that I have the green circle with the hat it is meant to represent a graphic. Pls. feel free to change the order of the sections on the google doc. Attached is a zipped file of images - again, we will have updated professional images for the final website.
