I designed the experience and user interface of the iOS app Kitchen Corner, which lets users buy recipe books. The design had to be thought out to ensure that the app is easy to use when the user is cooking.
The client wanted a bold, minimalist app design, with an extremely clear and intuitive interface.
I have made the text easy to read, and organized the functionalities to make them easily accessible. For example, I placed a timer icon right next to the recipe instructions which automatically adapts to the time displayed in the instruction, and I added a panel that appears above the interface for pinned recipes.")

The app is aimed at people in their twenties studying at university or starting their careers.
I wanted to design an interface that has a slightly professional yet exciting look, that is engaging and makes people feel enthusiastic to join their friends plans or make their own.
The result naturally had to be intuitive, clear and easy to use.")

The client wanted a luxurious feel that is not too minimalistic, and an untraditional style.

I chose to incorporate 3D icons into the design, including a special gold coin, and created a semi-flat UI. Once a habit has been validated, the coins earned join the user's sum of coins at the top right of the screen, with an animation and haptic feedback.
